The Groningen University Medical Center is one of the largest academic hospitals in the country, and the first in the Netherlands to offer an integrated state-of-the-art photon+proton academic radiation oncology department. We continually strive to improve the quality of care, including the introduction of new radiotherapy techniques into clinical practice. The well-being of our patients in the short and long term is central in our department.
