A 360 degree video tour of the department of radiation oncology

A hospital treatment can be an emotional event. Sensory preparation can be important: what will you see, hear and feel during treatment and treatment preparation?. We have developed an innovative virtual reality app allowing you to experience all steps of your treatment in 360 degree video, from the comfort of your own home. This allows you to prepare for what's to come and may help to reduce anxiety. 

By clicking on the image below you can choose from one of the following 360 degree video tours (in Dutch):

• Proton treatment for children, 0 to 8 years old
• Proton treatment for children, 9 to 18 years old
• Photon radiotherapy for adults
• Proton therapy for adults

We do not yet have english versions of these 360 degree video's available, but you may still get a good impression of your upcoming experiences at our department.
